The 6797 is a 37/40mm round that launches 3 pyrotechnic submunitions that are designed to deliver smoke out to 80 meters. When launched, the submunitions will discharge agent for approximately 20-30 seconds, on average, providing a wide area of coverage for obscurant or signaling purposes.
